What You Get
Everything Included in One Service Call

We've been doing commercial fryer repair in San Diego since before most food corridors existed. Whether you're running a hotel kitchen near the Convention Center, a seafood spot in La Jolla, or a craft beer pub in North Park, we know what breaks on these units. Pitco, Frymaster, Vulcan, Henny Penny, Dean, Imperial. We stock igniters, thermostats, contactors, high-limit switches, and gas valves on every truck. Most service calls we roll with the part you need already in inventory. That's four decades of pattern recognition and supply chain work paying off for your kitchen.

Common failures we see daily: Frymaster FMJ and MJCF series with faulty flame sensors throwing lockout codes, Pitco Solstice units with bad ignition modules, Vulcan LG series with clogged pilots. We carry burner orifices, thermopile assemblies, and Robertshaw valves for most models. If you've got a computer controlled fryer throwing error codes, we read them on site and know the fix. Older mechanical units with snap-action thermostats, we carry Honeywell and Penn replacements. Tube bundles, basket lifts, melt-cycle boards for solid shortening models, all common stock.

The Math

Average combi oven repair: $400–$800. Average day of lost revenue with a down unit: $500–$2,000. Getting it fixed today instead of waiting 2 days for the manufacturer pays for itself before we leave the parking lot.

Why Superior Service
How We Compare to the Alternatives

Not all commercial fryer repair in San Diego is the same. Most HVAC companies that dabble in kitchen equipment don't stock fryer parts and can't read fault codes on computerized units. We're California commercial kitchen specialists, and fryers are what we fix most.

Common Questions
What Operators Ask Before They Call
How fast can you reach San Diego?
We dispatch from Orange County with techs regularly working San Diego County. Typical arrival times: Mission Valley and Hotel Circle within 45 minutes, Gaslamp and downtown within an hour, La Jolla and coastal areas 60 to 75 minutes, North Park and surrounding neighborhoods about 50 minutes. If you call before 9 AM on a weekday, we usually have someone on site before lunch rush. We prioritize total-down situations, especially multi-unit operations.
What commercial fryer brands do you service?
We service every major commercial fryer brand: Pitco (Solstice, SSH, SG series), Frymaster (FMJ, MJCF, FQG, OCF), Vulcan (LG, CEF, PowerFry), Henny Penny (pressure fryers and open units), Dean (SR, SMF series), Imperial, Anets, Keating, Perfect Fry, and AutoFry. We stock OEM and compatible parts for gas and electric models. Computer boards, igniters, contactors, high-limit switches, thermocouples, thermopiles, and filtration pumps are all regular truck stock.
Why won't my fryer ignite or stay lit?
Nine times out of ten it's either a bad thermocouple, a clogged pilot orifice, or a faulty gas valve. Thermocouples generate the millivolt signal that tells the valve it's safe to stay open. They fail from heat stress or corrosion. Pilot orifices clog from debris in the gas line or carbon buildup. On electronic ignition units, the ignition module or flame sensor often goes bad. We test millivolt output, check for proper gas pressure, inspect the pilot assembly, and replace the failed component on the spot.
